After dreaming I needed to get away from people who were chasing me...thanks to last nights movie, I read a bit as the sun came up. It was nice to know that Paula was in the house.
We shopped here and there for interview clothes, jeans and clothes for her spring break adventure. Had good success. Lunch at Panera.
Trying to do creative things with the food that is left in my cupboards. I have been trying to use up what is on hand before I do a major grocery shopping trip. This idea started in January. I have done one Sam's run and various little purchases for fresh stuff. My cupboards are getting more bare, but we have a way to go yet.
Today's creations:Lentil-quinoa soup, quinoa salad, Pumpkin/applesauce bread, quinoa pilaf. Had some quinoa to use up!

This is still the day the Lord has made despite the sun getting ready to set. I'd like longer days.
